The Concept

The concept for Serosun Farms rose out of developer John DeWald's concern over the encroaching and heavily populated Chicago suburbs. Serosun Farms evolved into a sustainable community that includes equestrian and farm operations along with residential development. These operations provide the necessary funding to preserve the majority of the land within the community.
